Prenatal Appointment:
During our prenatal visit, we will work together to create a birth plan that feels right for you. We’ll also explore different labor exercises and comfort techniques to help you prepare for the big day. This is your time to ask any questions and discuss any thoughts or feelings you may have about your upcoming birth experience.

Postnatal Appointment:
During our postnatal appointment, I will check in with you to see how you’re doing both physically and emotionally, and to determine if there’s anything you may need. While I am not a postpartum doula, I can connect you with someone who specializes in that type of support if you’d like. This visit is also an opportunity to reflect on your birth experience, share feedback, and, of course, admire your beautiful new baby.
